DIRECTORS’ SERVICE CONTRACTS WITH THE BANK AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES
James Benoit, who resigned as Executive Director of AfrAsia Bank Limited on 23 September 2015, had a service contract with the Bank for
a period of five years expiring on 3 June 2017.
Rouben Chocalingum, Director of AfrAsia Investments Limited, has a service contract with the Bank for a period of five years expiring on
30 June 2017 and thereafter renewable if agreed by both parties. The notice period for termination of the contract is six months.
Jennifer Jean-Louis, Director of AfrAsia Investments Limited, has an indeterminate term contract with the Bank.
Kamben Padayachy, who resigned as Executive Director of AfrAsia Bank Limited on 23 September 2015, had a service contract with the
Bank for a period of five years expiring on 30 June 2017.
Thierry Vallet, Director of AfrAsia Investments Limited, has a service contract with the Bank for a period of five years expiring on 30 June
2017 and thereafter renewable if agreed by both parties. The notice period for termination of the contract is six months.
